HEALTHY

What do you do to stay healthy?

Health is the best blessing for our life. To care for the healt everyday is important, we need to eat healthy and practice somo sport. It is necesary to take time for uor family and friends too, because the health is not only in our body, our mind and the relationships are important aspects of our mental healt.

Every day in the morning I get out of my bead and go to run arround the community, later I prepare a good breakfast, take a shower and go to my job. At the lunch I try to eat my healthy food whith a salad and natural juice.

If I am hungry in the day, I prefer to eat some fruits instead of fast food.

At night I try to go to bed early and eat a little dinner, but before I like to talk with my family about our days.
